MANAGEMENT TEAM
Introducing the new resident managers of Grand Palais Boolarong Beachside Beachside.
Luke and Pianika along with their two children (Blaise 13 & Nikau 8) are excited to be the new resident managers of Grand Palais Boolarong Beachside Beachside.
Moving from NZ in October 2023, they are now living onsite and getting on with running their first management rights business.
Luke explains, “there is a lot to learn but with our varied experiences running award winning hospitality and tourism businesses in NZ as well as experience in commercial property management we feel well placed to run the resort while adding value plus improvements over time. The existing staff have all stayed on and are graciously helping us with getting up to speed”.
In their 40’s, Luke and Pianika bring a “youthfulness” that seems to be an exception to the norm in the Management Rights Industry with many operators being close to retirement age. Luke and Pianika see this as an advantage as they can apply the IP they have learnt from running their previous award winning tourism businesses while also having the drive and viquor to see changes and improvements put into effect.
